Our Mission

Centered in Community

Jedidiah Coffee is not only a family-run business, it's also a hub for a growing community! We know our regulars by name. We throw block parties for the neighborhood. Our baristas walk Heisler Park in the morning and go to the Art Galleries at night. Our desire is to do life with our community, no one left behind!

Craft Coffee

Every detail begins with love—from thoughtfully sourcing exceptional beans to roasting each batch with care and packaging it by hand. We partner with local designers to make sure every bag reflects the spirit of Jedidiah Coffee and the community we call home.

Our Coffee

For the love of the Planet

Being part of Laguna Beach means showing up for the people and organizations that make this community home. Our local partnerships aren’t just something we do—they’re part of who we are, rooted in shared care, connection, and a hope to make a meaningful difference together.

Partnerships

Spreading the Laguna Beach love

We’re growing our roasting operation to bring Jedidiah Coffee to retailers and wholesale partners nationwide, sharing the warmth, craft, and community spirit of Laguna Beach in every cup.
